- 1x Platform Voucher (includes discount, cashback, or bank vouchers)

- Voucher availability - It has not been fully redeemed and is still valid.
- Validity period - The voucher is active, and the start date/time has passed.
- Expiry date - The voucher hasn’t expired (you can check the expiry details at checkout).
- Minimum spend - Your order meets the required minimum spend.
- Product eligibility - The voucher applies to your selected products, categories, or sellers.
- Payment method - Your chosen payment method qualifies for the voucher.
- Stacking rules - You can only apply 1 Shop Voucher + 1 Shipping Discount + 1 Platform Voucher per checkout

If you cancel or return an order, the vouchers used will not be reissued.

You can apply one (1) Free Shipping Discount per checkout which is valid for multiple orders that meet the requirements.

Yes! Vouchers are applied automatically based on the best available discount. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Click on the Voucher / Discount section in your Shopping Cart
Step 2: Manually select the Free Shipping Discount
Step 3: Click OK
Step 4: View selected vouchers and discounts
Step 5: Click on Check Out
Step 6: View applied Vouchers and Discounts
⚠️ Note:
- The system will automatically apply the best Platform Voucher for your order.
