2. What do Minimum Spend and Completed Orders mean?
- Minimum Spend: The total amount spent on completed orders.
- Completed Orders: Only includes orders marked as received. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or in transit are not counted.
3. How is my tier determined?
All users start at the Classic tier and can level up by meeting the required Minimum Spend and Completed Orders for each tier.
To qualify for a tier upgrade, both Minimum Spend and Completed Orders must be met within the current accumulation period.
4. Where can I check my current tier?
You can check your current tier on your Rewards page. There are multiple points of access, including in the Me tab, next to your user name where you will see your Rewards tier.
5. When will my tier be upgraded if I meet the Minimum Spend and Completed Orders?
Once you meet the requirements, your tier will be upgraded immediately, allowing you to enjoy the next-tier benefits. You do not have to wait till the start of the next cycle.
6. What benefits do I get for each tier?
Each cycle lasts six months, reset every January and July. You must achieve both completed orders and GMV to qualify for your respective tiers at the point of reset.
8. Are tier benefits applicable to all Shopee purchases?
Tier benefits vary by vouchers. Please refer to the voucher’s terms and conditions for details.
