[Shopee Rewards] What is Shopee Rewards?

Shopee Rewards is a loyalty program designed to reward you for your spending and order activity on Shopee. As you shop, you unlock exclusive benefits, vouchers, and perks based on your tier.
All new users start at the Classic tier and can level up based on their total spending and completed orders within each bi-annual cycle.

🔍 How to Check Your Tier & Benefits?
- To tier up, you must meet both the minimum orders and spending requirements.
🚀 Tier Up to Unlock More Rewards!
- Classic: Get up to RM 275 worth of vouchers every month.
- Silver: Get up to RM500 worth of vouchers every month.
- Gold: Get up to RM1,000 worth of vouchers every month.
- Platinum: Get up to RM2,000 worth of vouchers every month.
⚠️ Note:
- All vouchers from the Loyalty Tier Program expire within the month, except for the Birthday voucher which is valid for 30 days upon receiving.
- Premium customer service with faster response times and priority support.
🔄 Tier Progression Rules
- You can tier up immediately once you meet the spending and order criteria.
- Your achieved tier remains valid until the end of the next cycle.
- If you do not meet the required order and spending threshold in the next cycle, you will be downgraded at the end of the cycle.
- Order count and spending reset to zero at the start of each cycle.
- Purchases of digital products, Shopee games, ShopeeFood, and other exclusions will not be eligible for your Shopee Rewards progress.
- Shopee reserves the right to update progression rules, exclusions, and tiered benefits at any time without prior notification.
