1. What is ShopeePay?
ShopeePay is a digital wallet offering various functionalities, for example:
(a) Make online purchases with websites accepting ShopeePay
(b) Make offline payments with merchants accepting ShopeePay or DuitNow QR
(c) Transfer or receive payments among your contacts
(d) Withdraw funds to bank account

2. Are there any additional charges to use the ShopeePay App?
No, you may use ShopeePay without any charges. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Sheet for more details.
3. How can I download the ShopeePay App?
You can download the ShopeePay App on the App Store for iOS or Play Store for Android.
4. Is the ShopeePay eWallet licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia?
Yes, ShopeePay is an approved e-money issuer licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia.
5. Do I need to create a separate account on the ShopeePay App if I am already a registered Shopee user?
No, you may simply log in by selecting Continue with Shopee on the ShopeePay App if you already have a Shopee account. Alternatively, you may begin your registration by selecting Sign Up/Log In.
