Wondering which destinations are included in your Zurich Travel Takaful plan? This page breaks it down clearly, so you’ll know exactly where you're covered — based on your plan type and the destinations or regions you chose during sign-up.
📌 Single Trip Plan
You’re only covered for the destinations you select during subscription (up to 10 destinations).
Example:
If you selected Indonesia and Australia, you are only covered for those two destinations, even if other nearby destinations fall within the same region.
Important:
Your trip must start from Malaysia to be eligible.
If your journey includes multiple stops but commences from Malaysia (e.g. Malaysia → Indonesia → Australia), and both Indonesia and Australia were selected, your entire trip will be covered.
📌 Annual Trip Plan
You’re covered for all destinations within your selected region.
Example:
If you select Worldwide, you’ll be covered for all regions, including Southeast Asia (SEA).
Note: Malaysia (Domestic) is not covered under any Annual Trip Plan.
The region tables below list the destinations covered under each region. Use them to confirm coverage for Annual Trip Plans or to identify the region of each selected destination for Single Trip Plans (pricing is based on the largest region selected for Single Trip Plans — see the PDS for details).
The tables are available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
