If you have paid your SPayLater bill and the refund request is approved, check if you have an upcoming SPayLater bill on your SPayLater homepage:
Scenario 1: You have an upcoming SPayLater bill
The refunded amount will be automatically deducted from your next available SPayLater bill.
Scenario 2: You do not have an upcoming SPayLater bill
The refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your ShopeePay wallet. Please ensure that your ShopeePay wallet fulfils all the criteria below.
- Your ShopeePay wallet is activated.
- Your personal information matches that of ShopeePay and SPayLater accounts.
- The refunded amount does not exceed your ShopeePay wallet holding limit.
If your account does not fulfil the criteria above, please reach out to us by call or chat to arrange for a refund to your bank account. How to check for your total refunded amount available?
Step 1: Click on the Question Mark ⍰ icon on the SPayLater homepageStep 2: To view the Pop-Up Message that shows the Overpayment Amount Alternatively, you can also view the transaction details and refund status through: Transactions
Step 1: Click on Transaction on the SPayLater homepage
Step 2: Click on All Transactions
Step 3: Click on Refund
Step 4: View Refunded Transactions
Bills
Step 1: Click on My Bill
Step 2: Click on the Billed tab
Step 3: Select the Billing Month
Step 4: Search for the Refunded Order under the Installment Section
Step 5: Click on the Refunded Installment Order
Step 6: View Installment Details
On the installment details page:
- Credited overpayment refers to the bill amount that was paid (including processing fees) before making a refund request. This amount will be refunded to you if the refund request is approved.
- Credited bill refers to the subsequent payments that are automatically waived due to successful refund requests.
