1. How to register for ShopeePay Invest?

Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria stated in the FAQS's General section under "Question No. 7: Who is eligible to invest?".

 

Follow the steps below to register for ShopeePay Invest:

 

 
Step 1: Go to Me page > Select My Wallet > Select ShopeePay 

Step 2: Select ShopeePay Invest

Step 3: Select Invest Now >You will be redirected to register a ShopeePay Invest account

Step 4: Fill in the information required to complete your account registration

Step 5: Once registration is complete, you’ll be prompted to set up your Risk Profile

As part of Investment account creation, you will be required to perform the following, where applicable:

(i) ShopeePay e-wallet creation

(ii) eKYC

(iii) Additional info input

(iv) Risk questionnaire

You must read and agree to the [ShopeePay E-Services Platform Terms of Service, and the Investment Account Terms and Conditions from iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd], and consent to receive marketing materials from ShopeePay and iFAST, and confirm that you are not investing on behalf of any other persons.

 
 
2. How long does it take to open an account? 

If you already have an eKYC-approved approved, account creation is expected to be instant after completing the Additional information input. For non-instantaneous account creation, you will be notified of the application outcome within 3-5 business days.
