[ShopeePay Invest] Switching
1. What is switching?
Switching is treated as selling from an invested fund followed by an investment into another fund, and is generally only permitted where the same Asset Management Company manages the 2 funds
2. What are the fees that will be charged for switching?
Switching fees are charged based on the difference between the sales charge of the switch-in fund and the switch-out fund.
If the sales charge of the switch-in fund is higher, you will only pay the differential between the sales charge of the switch-in and switch-out fund.
If the sales charge of the switch-in fund is lower, no fees will be charged for your switch.
If there is no difference in the sale charges of both funds, no fees will be charged for your switch.
You may only switch out of a fund you currently have holdings in, and the minimum switch amount is RM10. Please follow the steps below to perform the switch.
Step 1: Go to Me page > My Wallet > Select ShopeePay
Step 2: Select ShopeePay Invest
Step 3: You will be directed to ShopeePay Invest Page
Step 4: From the Holding Page, select the fund to switch
Step 5: Enter the Unit to switch to the selected Target Fund > Tick off the T&C box
Step 6: Enter your 6-digit PIN
Step 7: Transaction is being processed
If transactions are made by 2:00 p.m. on a Business Day, the transaction will be processed on the same day, with the applicable NAV per unit for that Business Day used for the transaction. If transactions are made after 2:00 p.m. on a Business Day, the transaction will be processed the following Business Day, with the applicable NAV per unit for the next Business Day used for the transaction.
Your switch transaction is expected to be completed within 5 Business Days.
You may only switch between funds managed by the same Fund Manager.
