Birthday and Gender can only be updated once in your account settings.
If you are unable to change your Gender or Birthday, it could be due to one of following reasons:
You’ve already used your one-time allowance to update your Gender or Birthday.
You are unable to change your Birthday as it has been verified through ShopeePay’s KYC (Know Your Customer) process. KYC is a standard verification process used to confirm your identity, ensure your information is accurate, and protect against fraud.
If you still need to make changes, please submit the relevant form:
1. Change of Gender Details Form
2. Change of Birthday Details Form
