[ShopeePay Merchant] How to setup and reset PIN in Partner App?

To set up a PIN for first-time users:

  1. Log in to the Shopee Partner App and navigate to the settings page located in the top right corner

  2. Locate and click the “Set Up PIN” icon

  3. Configure a security question and answer; this set of questions and answers will be unique to each account

  4. To verify the newly created security flow, answer the security question

  5. Once verified, you will be redirected to set up your new PIN

  6. Confirm the creation of the PIN by re-entering it

  7. If all verifications are successful, the PIN is created and can be used for refunds

To reset your PIN:

  1. Log in to the Shopee Partner App and navigate to the settings page in the top right corner

  2. Locate and click “Update PIN"

  3. You will be redirected to enter your existing PIN

  4. Once verified, set up a new PIN, and confirm it by re-entering the PIN

  5. If all verifications are successful, the new PIN is created and can be used for refunds


To reset a forgotten PIN:

  1. Log in to the Shopee Partner App and navigate to the settings page in the top right corner

  2. Locate and click “Update PIN"

  3. You will be prompted to enter your existing PIN. Click “Forgot PIN,” highlighted in blue

  4. Answer your security question to proceed with the PIN reset

  5. Once verified, set up a new PIN

  6. Confirm the creation of the PIN by re-entering it

  7. If all verifications are successful, the new PIN is created and can be used for refunds
