Managing your store’s earnings just got easier! With the Partner Web Wallet, you can view and download your settlements and daily fund summaries (including carry-forward balances, if any). Here’s a quick guide to help you explore the Settlement feature.
✅ How to Check Your Settlement?
Step 1: Open the ShopeeFood Partner Web on your desktop or mobile browser and log in to your ShopeeFood admin account.
Step 2: Click on the Wallet tab and select Settlement. You will be able to filter by store if you choose the Merchant Wallet.
Step 3: Filter the data by selecting a date range. You can view up to the last 93 days of data.
Understanding the Settlement Data:
- + : The settlement amount is credited to the main balance.
- - : Appears only for negative amounts. A tooltip will display: "Negative settlement will not influence the Main Balance. It will carry forward to next settlement period".
- Carry Forward Tag: The amount will be carried forward to the next transaction.
- View Detail Button: Click to open the Settlement Detail Page for more information (see example below).
✅ How to export the Settlement Report?
Step 1: Click on the Export button.
Step 2: Select your desired date range. You can export data for up to the past 365 days.
Step 3: Click Confirm to Download. Your report will be downloaded as a file for your records.
