[Customer Service] How do I contact Shopee Customer Service?

Need assistance? You can reach Shopee Customer Service directly through the Shopee App via Live Chat 💬 or Internet Call 📞. Both options are free and secure.
 
⚠️Note:
  • You can only log in to the Shopee Malaysia app using a Malaysian local phone number.
  • Our Telco hotline number has been removed from all Shopee official pages (e.g., Help Center, Seller Education Hub).
  • Live support is only available within the app to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
 
Option 1: Contact via Live Chat 💬 
  1. Open the Shopee App and tap on the Me icon (bottom right).
  2. Scroll down and select Chat with Shopee.
  3. In the chat bar, type “Live agent”.
  4. Tap Chat with Agent to proceed.
  5. Select your role (Buyer, Seller, or ShopeeFood User).
  6. Choose your topic or issue, and you’ll be connected to a Shopee Customer Service agent.
 
Option 2: Contact via Internet Call 📞  
  1. Open the Shopee App and tap on the Me icon.
  2. Scroll down and select Help Center.
  3. Tap Internet Call.
  4. Select Buyer or Seller.
  5. Choose your inquiry type.
  6. Tap Speak with an agent.
  7. Select your preferred language.
  8. You’ll be connected to a Shopee Customer Service agent.
