Forgot your password? Don’t worry! You can reset it easily through the Shopee App or the Shopee Website. Follow the steps below based on your preferred method.

Resetting your password via the Shopee App

Method 1: Reset via ShopeePay PIN

  1. Tap “Forgot?” on the login page.

  2. Enter your phone number or email linked to your account.

  3. Tap “Next.”

  4. Select “Verify with ShopeePay PIN.”

  5. Enter your ShopeePay PIN.

  6. Set your new password.

  7. Tap “OK”, you’re back in!

Method 2: Reset via Phone Number

  1. Tap “Forgot?” on the login page.

  2. Enter your phone number or email linked to your account.

  3. Tap “Next.”

  4. Select “Verify with Phone Number.”

  5. Complete the CAPTCHA (if prompted).

  6. Enter the verification code sent via WhatsApp/SMS.

  7. Set your new password.

  8. Tap “OK”, you’re back in!

Method 3: Reset via Email Address

  1. Tap “Forgot?” on the login page.

  2. Enter your phone number or email linked to your account.

  3. Tap “Next.”

  4. Select “Verify with Email OTP.”

  5. Complete the CAPTCHA (if prompted).

  6. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

  7. Set your new password.

  8. Tap “OK”, you’re all set!

Resetting your password via the Shopee Website

Using Your Phone Number

  1. Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.

  2. Enter the phone number linked to your account.

  3. Select “Next.”

  4. Complete the CAPTCHA (if required).

  5. Enter the verification code sent via SMS.

  6. Set your new password.

  7. Click “Next.” Welcome back! 

Using Your Email Address

  1. Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.

  3. Select “Next.”

  4. Check your email for the password reset link.

  5. Click the link and set your new password.

  6. Hit “Continue.” Password reset complete! 

⚠️ Note:

If you’ve lost access to your registered phone number and can’t log in, please fill out the Change Mobile Number Form.

  • Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

  • Avoid using easily guessable details like birthdays or names.

  • Update your password regularly to keep your account secure.
