Forgot your Staff Account password? Don’t worry — resetting it only takes a few steps! Please refer to this article if you would like to learn how to reset your account password via the Shopee Partner App.
Step 1: Log in to your Admin Account. Go to “Settings”.
Step 2: Click “My Staff”.
Step 3: Click on “Staff Account” that you want to update your password.
Step 4: Click on the edit icon.
Step 5: Insert your New Password.
Step 6: You are Done! Your Staff account has been updated.
