Payslip must consist of the following data:

1. Your Name

2. Company Name

3. Salary Date or period

4. Salary Amount 

Upload Guide:

1. Upload the most recent 1-month payslip

2. No blurry or cropped files

3. No password-protected files

4. File types such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF format, with a maximum of 10MB per file

Bank Statement

Bank Statement must consist of the following data:

1. Your Name

2. Your Account Number

3. Bank Statement date and show a full month record

4. Salary crediting record

5. Bank statement period matches the salary slip if submitting both documents

EPF Statement must consist of the following data:

2. Latest 1 month's contribution

Business Registration Certificate / SSM Certificate

Business Registration Certificate must consist of the following data:
