As part of the account onboarding, you will be required to perform the following, which also facilitates the opening of your separate investment account with iFAST:
ShopeePay Account Setup: Create your ShopeePay account by verifying your mobile phone number and setting up your 6-digit ShopeePay PIN.
Complete Account Verification (eKYC): Finalise your account setup through the electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) process. This involves submitting your personal information, providing an image of your ID document, and completing the facial verification process.
Important: During this process, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions set out in the ShopeePay E-Services Platform Terms of Service and the iFAST Investment Account Terms and Conditions. You will also be asked to consent to receive marketing materials from ShopeePay and iFAST (optional), and confirm that you are not investing on behalf of any other persons.

2. Why do I need to submit my ID?
Your ID is required in order for your identity to be verified electronically in accordance with the relevant eligibility requirements.
3. I am trying to invest with a Money+ account, and I received a message that says I am not eligible for the product. Why?
You may have received this message because you do not meet one or more of the required eligibility criteria for Money+. To be eligible, you must be a Malaysian citizen who fulfills all the following conditions:
You are 18 years old or older.
You are a ShopeePay eWallet user who has completed the account verification process (Standard Customer Due Diligence via eKYC, which is required for “Activated” account status).
You do not have US indicia (meaning you are not a US citizen, US tax resident, born in the US, or have a US mailing/permanent address or US telephone number).
If the issue still persists after checking these criteria, please do not hesitate to contact ShopeePay Customer Service via these channels:
(1) Shopee App: Select the “Me” tab, select Help Centre, then scroll to the bottom to access (i) Chat or (ii) Internet Call.
(2) ShopeePay App: Select the “Me” tab, select Help Centre, then scroll to the bottom to access Chat.
4. How often can I top up money into Money+?
You can top up anytime and as often as you want.
5. Is there a minimum top up amount for Money+?
Yes, the minimum top up amount per transaction is RM10, whether from your ShopeePay eWallet balance or from your bank account balance via online banking.
6. Is there a maximum top up amount and holding limit for Money+?
Yes, the maximum top up amount and holding limit for Money+ is RM20,000. If your Money+ balance exceeds this limit, you will continue to receive daily returns, which will be credited in cash to your ShopeePay e-wallet balance.
7. What happens if my Money+ balance has exceeded the limit of RM20,000?
Once your Money+ balance exceeds the set limit of RM20,000, you will not be able to make further top ups to Money+. Any additional investment above RM20,000 will be automatically redeemed from your Money+ holdings and credited into your eWallet on a daily basis.
8. Are there any charges and fees when I top up into Money+?
Zero sales charge or other fees for top up transactions.
The daily returns you receive are after deduction of the following fees and charges.
Management fee of up to 0.40% per annum.
Trustee fee of up to 0.03% per annum.

9. How do I top up into Money+?
To top up your Money+ balance, please ensure you have completed your account verification process first. Once verified, follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap the Money+ icon on your ShopeePay eWallet homepage.
Step 2: Select Top Up Now.
Step 3: Enter the amount to top up.
Step 4: Choose your preferred top up method (transferable ShopeePay Balance / Online Banking).
Step 5: Tick off the T&C box > Select Top Up and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

Note⚠️: Please use a bank account registered under your name for top ups via online banking. Top up transactions using bank accounts that are not registered under your name will not be processed successfully.
10. Can I top up regularly (e.g., RM10 every month) via standing instruction/auto-debit into Money+?
No. The standing instruction/auto-debit function is not currently available.
11. What happens after I successfully top up into Money+?
You will be notified via ShopeePay eWallet once your top up request is successful. You may also view the Money+ homepage to check your Money+ account balance.
12. How long does it take to process and credit my top up requests into my Money+ balance?
For successful top up requests, the top up amount will be credited immediately into your Money+ account balance. If you top up before 2:00 PM on a working day, you may expect to view daily returns by 9:00 PM the same day.
13. Why did I get an unsuccessful transaction message via Online Banking?
Your Online Banking transaction might have been unsuccessful due to one of the following reasons:
You might have attempted to transfer from a bank account that is not registered under your name or from a joint account.
You might have failed a bank portal authentication step (e.g., invalid login to your bank portal, invalid entry of your bank’s One-Time Password (OTP) or authentication method, or insufficient funds in your bank account).
You did not meet other necessary requirements for the transaction imposed by ShopeePay, iFAST or your bank, ie, transaction limits.
There might have been a connection timeout with your Shopee or ShopeePay App. In this case, please try again later.
