1. Can I view my Top Up and Withdrawal transactions?
 

Yes, you can view your Top Up and Withdrawal transaction history in the Shopee or ShopeePay App.   


Your transaction history is available via the Balance Details section on the Money+ page and can be viewed for up to 90 days.


To view your transactions, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Money+ page.

Step 2: Navigate to Balance Details.

Step 3: You can view all your transactions here, including your Top Up and Withdrawal History.

2. What are the details displayed in Balance Details?
 
The Balance Details section in Money+ will display information about all your transactions, including details of your Top Up, Withdrawal, Daily Returns, and Payment transactions to merchants.
 
3. What is Total Returns and how is it calculated?
 
Total Returns is the sum of your daily returns accumulated from the date of your initial Top Up.
 
4. What is the Daily Return Rate?
 
The Daily Return Rate is the net gain or loss generated by the Eastspring Investments Islamic E-Duit Fund for a specific day, after deducting management fees and trustee fees.
 
5. How do I check the annual and interim reports?
 
To view the annual and interim reports for the fund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Money+ homepage.
Step 2: Select the three dots on the top right of the page, then select Fund Details. 
Step 3: Select Fund Information.
Step 4: Select to view either Annual Report or Interim Report.

6. When will the daily returns be credited to me?
 
Daily returns are typically credited to your account by 8:00 PM every working day.
 
7. Why can’t I see my returns after upgrading to Money+?
 

If you are unable to see your returns after upgrading to Money+, it could be due to one of these reasons:


  • Your initial Top Up is still in progress. 

  • Your Money+ balance generates daily returns of less than RM0.01. Please note that you continue to accrue returns despite having a low balance. 


If the problem persists after considering these points, please contact ShopeePay Customer Service for assistance via these channels:

  • Shopee App: Select the “Me” tab, select Help Centre, then scroll to the bottom to access (i) Chat or (ii) Internet Call.
  • ShopeePay App: Select the “Me” tab, select Help Centre, then scroll to the bottom to access Chat.
 
8. How is Money+ past 30-days annualised Return calculated?

Money+'s past 30-days annualised return is calculated based on the daily returns generated by the Eastspring Investments Islamic E-Duit Fund, after deducting all associated expenses.

Specifically, this involves taking the daily returns from the fund and subtracting the fees charged by the fund manager. These expenses are included in the fund's Total Expense Ratio (TER), which covers:

  • The Management Fee charged by the Fund Manager.   

  • Other operational expenses incurred by the fund (e.g., custody, marketing, compliance, shareholder services).

  • Trustee Fees.

The TER may vary slightly depending on the size of the fund, as it includes fixed costs.
