Please note the following:
- Service limitations: Service availability depends on network coverage and device compatibility. Please ensure both are supported before purchase.
- Technical issues: We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues. However, resolution may be limited if sufficient information is not provided. Any liability is limited to support and applicable refunds.
- Third-party networks: Service performance depends on third-party network providers and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

3. My device doesn't support the eSIM I just bought. How do I request a refund?
We cannot process refunds for purchases made for incompatible devices. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their phone or tablet supports eSIM functionality prior to purchase.
How to check for the future:
- iOS Devices: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data). If you see "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan," your device is compatible.
- Android Devices: Dial *#06# and press call. If your device displays an "EID" number, it is eSIM-compatible.
