[New Payment Method] What is DuitNow QR?

DuitNow QR is an easy and secure instant fund service that allows you to make payments for your orders. It is also known as the National QR Standard, which is a unified QR code that accepts payments from any participating mobile banking apps and e-wallets. The payment can be done by selecting DuitNow QR as the payment method when placing an order

How to pay with DuiNow QR? 

 

Step 1: At the checkout page, under Payment Methods, select View All
Step 2: Choose DuitNow QR, click Confirm, and Place Order
Step 3: The payment QR will be readily generated. Click on ‘How to Pay’ and follow the steps accordingly
Step 4: Click OK and follow the steps under ‘How to Pay’
 
What if I did not complete the payment process and exited the payment page?

 

 Step 1: Select Me > My Purchases > To Pay
Step 2: Click on Pay
Step 3: Proceed with the payment process and click on OK 
 
⚠️ Note:
A minimum payment amount of MYR1.00 is required to use DuitNow QR

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Where will the refund be credited if the order undergoes a Return/Refund process?
The refund will be returned to the original payment source used for the transaction, whether it is a bank account or an e-wallet.
 
2. How long will it take for the refund to be processed to the original payment source
The SLA for DuitNow QR refunds follows online banking standards, which is within 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
 
3. Will the QR code expire if I fail to scan and complete the payment during checkout?
The QR code will remain valid for 6 hours. You may still complete the payment within this period by going to My Purchases and clicking on “Pay.”
