[Self Collection Point] How to choose Self Collection Point as a Shipping Option?

Effective 9th July 2024, Self Collection Point may be unavailable for certain buyers with 2 or more uncollected parcels within the last 30 days:
 
  • If the Self Collection Point shipping option is unavailable to you due to uncollected parcels, it will become accessible after a period of 14 days.
  • However, if you have uncollected parcels again after being reactivated from the above, the Self Collection Point shipping option will remain unavailable to you for another 14 days.

Follow these steps to choose Self Collection Point as a Shipping Option: 

 

Step 1: On the Checkout page, select Shipping Option.  

Step 2: Select Self Collection Point as your Shipping Option, then tap on SPX Express (Self Collection).

Step 3: Select any existing Self Collection Point or Add collection point.

Step 4: If “add collection point” is selected, key in the area/postcode to search for collection points and click confirm.

 

 

Step 5: Key in your name and phone number for parcel collection.

 

 

 Step 6: Make sure to check the address selected, and click Place Order.

 

 

 Note: 

  • Once your order has been processed by the seller, you may not change your Self Collection Point. Cancellations will follow standard Shopee cancellations. To learn how to cancel an order, click here.
  • Paying Cash upon collection is currently unavailable.
