A Self Collection Point is a delivery option that allows you to collect your parcel at a location near you, at a time that is convenient to you (within the operating hours of the Self Collection Point outlet).  

Upon receiving the notification stating that the item is ready to be collected at the Self Collection Point, you have seven (7) calendar days to collect it.  

To check if your item is eligible to be collected at a Self Collection Point: 

Click on the Shipping Option on the Checkout Page and check if the Self Collection Point option is available for your location. If the Self Collection Point option is available for your item, then you may proceed to choose the Self Collection Point of your preference.

Self Collection Points are currently available within Klang Valley, Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor (effective 19 March 2024).
