1. What are the types of Shopee Gift Cards?

There are three types of Shopee Gift Cards:

• A Gift Card for Marketplace Shopping can be used to shop and pay for any item on Shopee from any seller (e.g., Shopee Mart, Shopee Mall, Preferred Sellers, etc.).
  
  
• A Gift Card for Tickets, Top-Ups, and Bills can be used to shop and pay for Shopee's Digital Products (e.g., Mobile and Data reloads, Bill Payments, Online & Offline Deals, Game Credits, etc.), excluding Zakat, Zakat Fitrah, and Shopee Gift Cards.
  
  
• A Gift Card for Shopee Food can be used to check out any orders placed on ShopeeFood.

2. What is the validity of the Gift Card?

There are three validity period options when purchasing a gift card: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.

• The validity period of the Gift Card will be effective immediately, starting on the date of purchase.
  
  
• The Gift Card will not be valid after the expiry date.
  
  
• The expiry date of the Gift Card cannot be changed after purchase.
  
  

3. Is Shopee Gift Card refundable? 

No, Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be returned, regardless of whether they have been redeemed or not.

4. Checkout with Shopee Gift Card

Gift Cards are only valid for one-time use within the validity period, and the checkout value must be more than RM0 after applying the Gift Card voucher.
