[Shopee Mall Return] What is Shopee’s 15 Days Return Policy?

Shopee offers a 15-day return period for Shopee Mall products to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. The period starts from the date the buyer receives the product.

 

💡 Tip: You can identify Shopee Mall sellers from or logo on the product page or seller's profile. To know Shopee Mall products that are excluded from the 15-day return period, click here.

 

⚠️ Important Note:

 

  • This return policy will be voided if the order has been completed. Make sure you are satisfied with the products received before selecting 'Order Received'.
  • The return policy is not applicable if there’s no issue with the product i.e. item is not wrong/damaged/faulty/incomplete/counterfeit.
  • Return for ‘Item Does Not Fit (Wrong Size)’ reason is only allowed for certain Mall product categories.
