How to buy voucher under E-Voucher?
1. Open your Shopee app & tap on "See More”, click on "Prepaid, Bills & Tickets" > "E-Voucher”.
2. You may search for your favorite online vouchers from these categories:
- Food
- Drinks
- Desserts
- Retail
- Health & Beauty
- Travel & Services
3. Select you desired voucher > Click 'Buy Now' to select quantity > Click 'Buy Now' to proceed.
4. Select your desired Payment Option > Click 'Confirm' to proceed.
Payment Methods available are:
- ShopeePay
- SPayLater
- Debit Card / Credit Card (min payment amount of RM1.00)
- Online Banking (min payment amount of RM1.00)
- Cash Payment at 7-Eleven (min payment amount of RM1.10)
5. Upon successful payment, your voucher will be processed shortly. Click 'View Order Details' to find the order details.

All vouchers purchased under 'E-Voucher' are non-return / non-refundable, regardless if it is redeemed or not. If you encounter any issue while redeeming your voucher online, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
