[Product Protection] What happens after I have purchased the product protection service?

After you place an order, the Product Protection Service will appear in your Order Details. The status will remain 'Not Yet Issued' until you confirm receipt of the order.

Once you have confirmed receipt of the order, the Product Protection Service will be issued, and the status will be updated to 'Active'.

When the service period ends or is cancelled, the status will be updated accordingly.
