[Delivery] Can I schedule the date and time of delivery for my order?

Unfortunately, we do not provide scheduling of specific delivery dates and times at the moment. 

We recommend that you or someone else be present at your delivery address around the estimated delivery date. You can track your order’s shipping updates by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click 'To Receive' under the 'My Purchases' section in the 'Me' tab.
Step 2: Select shipment status
Step 3: View delivery status

Given the chance you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will attempt delivery again based on their re-delivery policies. 
  • Your parcel may be placed at a nearby pickup location for you to pick it up. Usually, the parcel will be held at this location for a specific period. However, if it is not collected by the end of this period, it may be returned to the seller or disposed of.
 

 ⚠️ Note:

 

Our Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning the order to the seller due to non-receipt.
