To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend that you or someone else be available around the estimated delivery date at the delivery address.
You can track your order's shipping updates by following these steps:
Step 1: Click To Receive under the My Purchases section in the Me tab
Step 2: Select shipment status
Step 3: View delivery status

To ensure successful delivery, please follow these guidelines:- Provide a Complete and Accurate Address: Double-check that your delivery address is complete and valid to avoid delays.
- Prepare the Correct Payment Amount: If you select the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, have the exact amount ready.
- Verify Your Contact Information: Ensure your contact details are correct so the delivery rider can reach you and follow any specific instructions.

If you’re not available during delivery, the following may occur:- Re-delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery based on their policies. Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) partners provide up to 3 attempts before returning the parcel to the seller.
- Pickup Location: Parcels may be sent to a nearby pickup point and held for a limited time. Uncollected parcels may be returned to the seller or disposed of.
