Eligible orders
Kindly make a request for a Return/Refund via Order Details before your order's Shopee Guarantee end date. Your request will be reviewed by a Shopee agent.

Non-eligible orders
If your order faces issues after the Shopee Guarantee period ends, contact the seller via Shopee Chat for a resolution discussion.
If there's no response in 2 days, kindly contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page. A Shopee agent will investigate and resolve your case based on the evidence you provide.
