There are 2 main types of vouchers on Shopee:
- Platform vouchers, also known as Shopee vouchers.
- Seller vouchers, which includes both shop and product vouchers.
The promotions that these vouchers offer include Cashback, discount amount, and discount percentage.
Starting 8 July 2022, Shopee users will be able to apply up to 2 types of vouchers per checkout:
- At least 1 Shop Voucher; and
- 1 Shopee Platform Voucher (Shipping, Discount, or Cashback)
With this improvement, buyers will also be able to enjoy combining Shopee platform vouchers and multiple Seller vouchers in a single order.
Finding vouchers
You can find vouchers on various Shopee pages. You can start with the voucher page from the Shopee App homepage.
Claiming vouchers
Once you've found a voucher that suits your shopping needs, you can claim them for usage later.
All claimed vouchers can be found on the Vouchers/Discounts page.
Using vouchers
You can use your voucher codes by applying the voucher at checkout.
Alternatively, if you have a voucher code, you can enter it before making payment.
Reinstatement of vouchers
Your voucher (Cashback vouchers and Shopee discount vouchers) will be automatically reinstated within 24 to 48 hours after an order cancellation or refund has been approved. This is provided that the following conditions are met: - The voucher is still within the validity period for use.
- The voucher was applied to one order only.
⚠️ Note: - Suppose you have applied your voucher across multiple orders and one of the orders was cancelled or refunded, the voucher amount applied to the cancelled/refunded order will not be reinstated automatically.
- If your order has been approved for a partial refund, the voucher used for that order will not be returned or reinstated.
