[New to Shopee] What are New User benefits?

New User benefits refer to the range of perks offered to a user who has recently joined Shopee. The benefits include exclusive vouchers, mobile reloads promos, and exclusive deals.
You can find New User benefits by taking the following actions:
- Search NEW USER ZONE on the Shopee app
- View and enjoy New User Benefits
New users can only select either ONE of the New User Vouchers, ShopeeFood Vouchers OR Mobile Reloads Promo for their first purchase.
Example: User checked out with New User Rebate Voucher from New User Zone, the New User Free Shipping Voucher, ShopeeFood Voucher and Mobile Reloads Promo will become invalid automatically.
Terms
- Only buyers who have never made a transaction on the Shopee platform are considered New Users. Transactions include the purchase of game credits and/or digital products.

⚠️ Note
Vouchers can be applied on the purchase of products with new user prices, as long as the conditions are met. You can view the terms via the T&C link on each voucher.
