To find the Order ID for your purchase:

1. Open the Shopee App and go to the Me tab.
2. Select To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, or To Rate.
3. Choose your order.
4. Scroll down to the bottom to find your Order ID.
5. If you need to share your Order ID, tap COPY.

⚠️ Note

You may need to provide your Order ID during certain situations, such as when reaching out to sellers or Shopee Customer Service for cancellations, returns, or refunds.
