[Delivery] Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

To change your delivery address after placing an order, ensure that the following criteria are met:
 
  • For Shopee Supported LogisticsThe seller has not arranged the shipment.
  • For Non-Shopee Supported Logistics: Payment has been confirmed.
  • Address Change Limit: There has been no prior address change request for this order, as delivery addresses can only be updated once per order.
  • Shipping Fee Impact: The new address does not result in a higher shipping fee (e.g., from West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa).
  • Voucher Usage: No Free Shipping Voucher was applied to the order.
 
If all conditions are met, you can proceed with your address update request by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select the To Ship section under My Purchases in The Me tab

Step 2: Select the order 

Step 3: Click on CHANGE

Step 4: Select the new delivery address

Step 5: Press the CONFIRM button

Step 1: Click on your Profile Username
Step 2: Click on My Purchase
Step 3: Select the order
Step 4: Click on the Edit button
Step 5: Select from Existing Addresses
Step 6: OR, click on Add New Address
Step 7: Fill out New Address details
Step 8: Click on Submit
Step 9: Select your Desired Address
Step 10: Click on Confirm
 
⚠️ Note:
 
  • If the CHANGE or Edit button does not appear, it means that you cannot change the delivery address because the seller has already arranged the shipment, a Free Shipping Discount was applied to the order etc.

 

💡 Tips:

 

  • If you need to change to a new address not saved in our system, you can add the address on the Address Selection page as shown above.

If the seller has arranged the shipment but pickup has not yet occurred, changing your address will not be possible. We recommend cancelling your order and placing a new one instead.

If your order has already been picked up and is in transit, an address change is not supported. However, if your order is handled by SPX Express, you may request an In-Transit Return/Refund.
 
Please keep in mind that changing your delivery address is only allowed for Shopee Marketplace orders. As for ShopeeFood orders, changing your delivery address is not allowed. ⚠️ Note: 

 

  • Cancellation requests are subject to the seller’s approval. If the seller rejects your request, the order will proceed as usual.
