[Delivery] Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We know plans can change. Here’s what you need to know if you’d like to update your delivery address after placing an order.
 

✅ When You Can Change Your Address

📱 How to Change on the Shopee App
  1. Go to Me > My Purchases > To Ship

  2. Select your order

  3. Tap CHANGE

  4. Pick your new delivery address
  5. Press CONFIRM

💻 How to Change on Shopee Website

  1. Go to Profile > My Purchases

  2. Select the order

  3. Click Edit

  4. Choose from existing addresses or add a new one

  5. Fill in details and Submit
  6. Select your desired address and Confirm

⚠️ Notes & Tips

  • If the CHANGE or Edit button doesn’t appear, the address cannot be changed (shipment arranged, voucher applied, etc.).

  • If shipment arranged but not picked up: cancel order and place a new one.

  • If already in transit: address cannot be changed. For SPX Express, you may request an In-Transit Return/Refund.

  • Applies only to Shopee Marketplace orders. For ShopeeFood, address changes are not allowed.
