To change your delivery address after placing an order, make sure you meet all 5 criteria:
- The seller has not arranged shipment (for Shopee Supported Logistics)
- Payment has been confirmed (for Non-Shopee Supported Logistics).
- There is no previous address change request for the order. Delivery address can only be changed once for each order.
- The new address does not incur a higher shipping fee (i.e West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa)
- No Free Shipping Voucher was used.
If you meet the criteria, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the 'To Ship' section under 'My Purchases' in The 'Me' tab
Step 2: Select the order
Step 3: Click on 'CHANGE'
Step 4: Select the new delivery address
Step 5: Press the 'CONFIRM' button
💡 Tips:
To change to a new address not saved in our system, you can add a new address on the Address Selection page.
Given the chance that the seller has shipped out your parcel, you may attempt to change your address by following the instructions below:
- Contact the logistics partner directly to change your delivery address.
- Chat with the seller if the order is shipped via the seller's own delivery fleet or Non-Shopee Supported Logistics.
However, if the seller has yet to ship the order and you are unable to change your address:
- You may proceed to cancel your order.
- Kindly inform the seller via Shopee Chat that you need to cancel to change the address.
- However, the cancellation request is subject to the seller's approval. If the seller rejects your cancellation request, the order will proceed as usual.
