If your Email Address or Mobile Phone Number is already linked to a Shopee Account, you will be prompted to log in. You may try resetting your password or learn how to reinstate your account with the help of our Customer Service Representatives. 

Provided your email address is not yet associated with a Shopee account, simply follow the steps below to sign up for a Shopee account via Email Address:

Sign up via Email Address:

Step 1: Enter your Email Address
Step 2: Click on Next 

Step 3: Complete the Verification Puzzle 

Step 4: Enter the Verification Code sent to your email address

Step 5: Click on Next 

Step 6: Set up a Password for your account 

Step 7: Click on Sign Up 

Step 8: Provided your email address is not already in use, your new Shopee account will be successfully created

Sign up via Phone Number;

Step 1: Enter your Mobile Phone Number 

Step 2: Click on Next 

Step 3: Click on Send to receive the Verification Code via WhatsApp 

Step 4: Click on Other Methods to receive the Verification Code via Call or SMS

Step 5: Enter the Verification Code

Step 6: Set up a Password for your account 

Step 7: Click on Sign Up 

Step 8: Provided your mobile phone number is not already in use, your new Shopee account will be successfully created

Alternatively, you may create a Shopee account using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account.

 
⚠️ Note

• Keep in mind that sign-up via an Apple account is only available for iOS devices

• Before creating an account, please read Shopee's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

For added security, set a strong password by using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
