[My Account] How do I add or edit my email address?

You can add or edit the email address linked to your Shopee account via the Shopee App or Shopee Website.

Via Shopee App

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Click on the Settings ⚙ icon

Step 3: Click on Account & Security

Step 4: Select Email

Step 5: Enter New Email

Step 6: Click on Next

Step 7: Enter the Verification Code sent to your email address

Step 8: Click on Next

After this, you must verify your new email address via the verification link sent to your inbox.

Via Shopee Website

Step 1: Select your username

Step 2: Select My Account via the dropdown list

Step 3: Select the Change button next to your email

Step 4: Enter the Password for verification

Step 5: Click on Confirm

Step 6: Enter the New Email Address

Step 7: Click on Confirm

You’ll then need to verify your new email address via the verification link that was sent to its inbox.

⚠️ Note:

Each email address can only be linked to one Shopee account.
