You can no longer track your return parcel by manually entering the tracking number on the courier’s website. Instead, you can now track it directly in the Shopee App!
Here’s how:
Step 1: At the Shopee app homepage, click on the Me tab
Step 2: Click on View Purchase History
Step 3: Go to the Return/Refund tab and select the order you requested for a Return/Refund
Step 4: Click on the View Details button
Step 5: View the tracking details of your return parcel
💡 Tip: In some cases, Shopee may provide you with a tracking number. However, you won’t be able to track return parcels in the Shopee App if:
You submitted a return/refund request, or
The shipment was self-arranged with your chosen courier service.
