[Shopee Coins] How will my Shopee Coins be refunded for an order that is cancelled, returned, or refunded?

Cancelled Orders
 
Shopee Coins will be automatically refunded to your Coins wallet within 24 to 48 hours.
 
You may check your Shopee Coins transaction history to verify your refund by following the steps below:
 
 
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on My Shopee Coins
Step 3: Click on History
Step 4: View Transaction History
 
Return/Refund Orders
 
Your Shopee Coins will only be fully refunded if your Return/Refund request has been approved for a full refund.
 
For a partial refund, you will be eligible for a Shopee Coins refund with partial value based on system calculation. The proration of coins will be triggered under certain conditions below:
 

• Return Reason: Did not receive part of the order; Solution: Refund Only
• Non-returnable Item
• Negotiation of Seller offer partial refund during return and refund process

  
Your Shopee Coin wallet balance may show a negative value as shown above due to the following reasons: 
  

• Shopee deducts the number of Coins you earned from the purchase for which you submitted a Return/Refund request.
• At the time your request was approved, your coin balance may have been insufficient or at 0, resulting in a negative balance.

 
If your coin wallet balance turns negative, you can earn coins back through purchases, promotions, daily check-ins, or playing video games on the Shopee app.
 
How to Check Refundable Shopee Coins for an Order
  
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on View Purchase History under My Purchases
Step 3: Select the Return/Refund tab
Step 4: Select an order to View Details
Step 5: View Shopee Coins Refundable

• Shopee Coins Refundable indicate the amount of Shopee Coins that will be refunded to your account.

 
Coins Transaction: Two separate transactions will occur if a partial refund is requested and successfully processed.
 
If the seller disputes your request, Shopee will investigate closely and provide a fair resolution for both parties. Where applicable, Shopee Coins will only be credited once the dispute case has been resolved.
