Scan & Pay vouchers are vouchers that you can use at offline ShopeePay merchants. These voucher discounts can be purchased at a low price via your Shopee App on the Deals Near Me page. For example, you can spend RM0.01 to buy a RM2 discount.

Use the filter shortcuts such as Food, Drinks, Desserts, Retails and more to find a voucher that you need.  

Buying Scan & Pay vouchers

You can buy Scan & Pay vouchers via the DIGITAL PRODUCTS section on the Shopee App homepage. Select Deals Near Me > select a voucher > review the Where to Use locations and Terms & Conditions > Buy Now > Confirm > Pay Now.

⚠️Note

1. You should always check the locations where the voucher can be used, as there may be limited participating outlets.
2. Redemption limits and validity periods apply. Do check the details in the How to Redeem and Terms & Conditions sections before making payment.

To view vouchers that you have purchased, go to the My Vouchers tab on your Deals Near Me page.  

You can also find these vouchers on your main My Vouchers page by going to the Me tab > My Vouchers > look for vouchers with the label Scan & Pay Voucher.  

Redeeming Scan & Pay vouchers

To redeem a Scan & Pay voucher, scan the ShopeePay merchant's QR code > fill in the amount before discount > select Voucher > select the relevant Scan & Pay voucher > Pay Now.  

⚠️Note

Scan & Pay vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, and any unused balance will not be refunded.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot redeem the voucher, try the following:

1. Refresh your Shopee App and try scanning the ShopeePay merchant QR code again.
2. Top up your ShopeePay if there is an insufficient balance. Alternatively, check if the merchant can arrange for payment to be partially made by other methods.
