The Quality Check (QC) performed by the Shopee Warehouse team for returned products takes between 3 to 5 working days. This ensures the returned products are in acceptable condition before the return/refund request can be approved.

Depending on the results of the inspection, Shopee will either:

1. Approve the refund request: The refund will be processed and issued based on the payment method used
2. Reject the refund request: The product will be sent back to you and we will share the rejection reason(s) via email.

⚠️ Important note: If your return parcel didn’t arrive at the Shopee Warehouse as expected, you’re advised to check with the courier service on the status of your shipment
