The shipping fee that you paid for an order will be refunded to you if these conditions are met:

• The Return/Refund request is for all the products purchased from the same Order ID
• The Return/Refund request is approved

💡 Tip: If you’re requesting for a partial return of products (e.g. 2 out of 5 products ordered), you won’t be eligible for shipping fee refund
