[ShopeePay] How do I delete my ShopeePay account?

Unfortunately, users are unable to delete their ShopeePay account. The only way you can delete your ShopeePay account is by deleting your entire Shopee account itself. Follow the steps below to learn how to delete your Shopee account:
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on the Settings ⚙️ icon
Step 3: Click on Request Account Deletion
Step 4: Click OK
What should I know before deleting my account?
Your account can only be deleted if you have withdrawn all funds. To withdraw any remaining funds in both your ShopeePay sub-wallets, contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page.
Alternatively, you can withdraw your funds via the ShopeePay page before deleting your account.
Prior to submitting your account deletion request, you must first liquidate all ShopeePay Invest holdings and ensure all pending transactions have been settled.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you won't be able to log in or access your account history.

⚠️ Shopee reserves the right to reject any future account creation requests from you after your account has been deleted.
