[ShopeePay] How do I withdraw funds from ShopeePay?

ShopeePay has two types of sub-wallets: 

  • Transferable balance includes top-ups made from online banking, Maybank2u, DuitNow transfers, and debit cards.
  • Non-transferable balance refers to the top-ups made using credit cards and cash.
 
⚠️Note: Only transferable balances are transferable. 
 

 

1. Transferable Balance

 

Here's how to withdraw your transferable balance via DuitNow Transfer in the ShopeePay app to your bank account:

 

Step 1: Open your ShopeePay app and tap Transfer.

Step 2: Select DuitNow Transfer.

📌 Important note

  • DuitNow Transfer is now the only supported method for transferring funds from the ShopeePay app to your bank account.

 

 

2. Non-Transferable Balance

 

Funds in the non-transferable balance sub-wallet cannot be withdrawn.
