ShopeePay serves as a digital wallet provided by Shopee, offering various functionalities:

(a) Make online purchases within Shopee.

(b) Conduct offline payments with merchants accepting ShopeePay.

(c) Transfer or receive payments among your contacts and withdraw funds to your bank account.

Accessing ShopeePay

1. Directly from the Shopee App homepage by selecting your ShopeePay balance.
2. Navigate through the Me tab and find ShopeePay.  

Getting started with ShopeePay

1. Activate your account by agreeing to terms and setting up your ShopeePay PIN.
2. Enhance your experience by verifying your account and enabling auto top-up.

Terms

1. For unverified accounts, you can top up a balance of up to RM2,999; for verified accounts, up to RM4,999.
2. You can make ShopeePay transactions of up to RM4,999 if your account has enough funds; no minimum transaction amount.
