You can easily order your food with ShopeeFood in just a few steps. Here are some steps for placing an order:

1. Click the ShopeeFood icon on the main page of the Shopee Application.

2. Search or select the Merchant or Food you want in the search field. Click the merchant you want to order from and select the items you want to order.

3. Click + on the menu you want to order, select and tick the variety of Food you want and the food will be added to Cart. Click Checkout.

4. Make sure your Address and pin point location on the map is accurate. You will need to enter a valid Phone Number for the rider to contact you during delivery.

5. Select the Payment you want to use, click Voucher if you wish to apply a voucher for this order.

6. Click Place Order and ShopeeFood will find the nearest Delivery Partner. 

7. You will be notified once the Delivery Partner arrives at the restaurant to pick up your order. Once your order is picked up, you will be able to view the driver's movement until he delivers the order to you. 

Notes: 

1. You can monitor the status of your order through your app. From the time the driver reaches the restaurant, the driver picks up the food until the driver arrives at your place. 
2. Click the Chat or Call icon to communicate with the Delivery Partner. 
3. Please avoid chatting or calling our delivery partners when they are on the road.
4. The Delivery Partner will deliver the order according to the address you entered. Make sure you are ready to take orders. Once your order arrives, you can view your Order Details.
5. You can change your order before you click 'Place Order'. Once an order is placed you will not be able to change your order details.
