If the ordered menu runs out but the ShopeeFood Delivery Partner has arrived at the location. Not to worry, you may request the Delivery Partner to try to reach out to the buyer to check if they are willing to replace the item with something similar [in price & portion]
Do take note, that the changes in order will not be reflected on the order page and no price change is allowed. Please ensure the buyer agrees to the changes before proceeding with them.
In case the buyer disagrees to replace the item, do remind the buyer to raise a refund request to Customer Service for the item that is not received.
