We are sorry that you are having issues with your food order. ShopeeFood strongly advises you NOT to consume the food and beverages you receive under the following conditions and to immediately report them to our Customer Service:
1.Food Packaging is damaged/tampered
If you have received a damaged/tampered or opened packaging food
2.Order is not Served Properly
If your order is not presented properly, ie: Food is undercooked, food served is out of date, stale, overcooked, or unpleasantly overshadowed by acridness (burned), you can report this to us for further inspection.
3.The food or drink I ordered made me unwell after consuming
If the food/drink you ordered through ShopeeFood makes you unwell or causes diarrhea.
