[ShopeePay] How do I verify my ShopeePay account?

To verify your ShopeePay account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Me tab in the Shopee App.
- Select ShopeePay.
- Tap on ⚙ (Settings).
- Choose IC Verification.
- Fill in the required details as they appear on your Identity Card (IC).
⚠️Note
- Provide clear images of your identification document and your face to expedite the verification process.
- If your IC is damaged, you can submit alternative documents like your driver's license. Shopee will decide whether to approve additional documents.
IC verification done through the app usually takes 24 hours for processing. Manual uploads might take longer. Notifications regarding the verification outcome will be sent to your Shopee App. If your submission is rejected, you can try again according to the notification's guidance.
