Instant cancellation: Buyers can instantly cancel orders as long as the order is shipped via Shopee Supported Logistics and does not fall under certain exclusions below:
Pre-order listings
Fresh or frozen food products
Custom-made items
Digital products
Orders with Same-Day Delivery

Paid local and overseas orders (Without Pre-Order) | You may cancel your orders instantly at any time before the parcel is handed over to the logistics partners. Your cancellations will be processed instantly if: 1. Cancellation takes place before shipment is arranged. or 2. Cancellation takes place after shipment is arranged and before handover to logistics partners. Note: Orders must be arranged to be shipped via Shopee-Supported Logistics to be eligible for instant cancellation. |
Paid orders (Pre-Order) | A cancellation request needs to be raised within 1 hour after the order is placed. However, the seller’s approval is required. If the seller doesn’t respond to your cancellation request within 1 day, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be processed. |
