Orders can only be cancelled once. If your cancellation request is rejected or withdrawn, you cannot submit another request for the same order.
Please take note of the following information regarding order cancellation:

Paid local and overseas orders (Without Pre-Order) |
1. Your cancellations will be processed instantly if cancellation takes place before shipment is arranged. 2. Cancellation that takes place after shipment is arranged will require the seller’s approval.

Paid orders (Pre-Order) | A cancellation request needs to be raised within 1 hour after the order is placed. However, the seller’s approval is required. If the seller doesn’t respond to your cancellation request within 1 day, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a refund will be processed. |

How to withdraw your cancellation request
If you change your mind about the cancellation, you can withdraw your request using the steps below:
Step 1: Select the order that you requested to cancel
Step 2: Click on Withdraw Request
Step 3: Click on Confirm
